** About the Print ** 
 
My first visit to Bryce Canyon was in the dead of summer. Unbeknownst to me, the Canyon sits at the end of a forest – be sure not to run too fast without looking forwards. Rising is a depiction of the blues and deep oranges that appear throughout the canyon at sunrise – a most magical reveal. Even when illumination reaches across the horizon, the tongue of orange that provides revelry. It is an elevation. 
 
“Rising” was completed with Alcohol Markers and Acrylics on a 15in. x 8in. matting board.
 
This greeting card is a 5x7 foldable, cardstock, fine art print that comes with a blank white envelope.
